Our shop policies


Welcome to ALL THINGS LOVELY. We have created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you can shop for the unique and beautiful items we have found for you, our valued customers.

Each item you purchase from us will be packaged with the utmost of care and we KNOW you will be pleased with everything you receive from us. We have EVEN been known to include little extras from time to time, so be on the lookout for them:)

Shipping details

We ship from the USA to the USA via 1st class mail, so if you want tracking or delivery confirmation info, please add that on to your total for a cost of $ .85 Unfortunately, there is a cost associated with this service and we must charge for it.

If you live OUTSIDE the USA and want us to get a shipping price for you, we will do our best to accommodate you. Just ask and we will see what we can work out.

And, for any larger orders or larger/heavier items, should you require insurance, please let us know, as we are not responsible for loss or damage once a package leaves our facility. We are happy to provide you with these additional services, so please let us know you would like them BEFORE you check out and pay for your purchases.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

RETURNS: Returns are accepted if the items purchased are NOT as specified in our descriptions. We do our VERY BEST to be as accurate in our descriptions as possible and would never send out anything that was not as described.

EXCHANGES: Should you change your mind about an item, a color, size, etc, we will exchange it, providing you NOTIFY us within 3 DAYS after you receive the item. If you DO NOT NOTIFY us within this 3 day time frame, we are sorry, but no exchanges will be granted.

You will have to return the item to us EXACTLY as it was sent to you and in the SAME packaging within THREE days of receipt and at your expense. You will then receive a credit for the EXACT amount you paid for the returned item (not including shipping, insurance or tracking/delivery confirmation).

REFUNDS: Should you not be satisfied with an item, once it is returned to us in the EXACT same condition it was shipped to you, credit will be given to you for the EXACT amount of purchase, (not including shipping, insurance or tracking/delivery confirmation). You MUST, however, notify us WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS of your intent to return the item to us and you MUST supply us with the method of shipment and tracking information/number so we can monitor it on our end.

We do not give refunds, as we are very good at our descriptions and knowledgeable as to all items we sell in our shoppe. As stated, however, we will exchange any item you are not satisfied with according to the terms listed above.

IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE INSURANCE, TRACKING OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE you check out and we will send you an invoice for the EXACT amount of these additional services.
