Refunds, returns & exchanges
There are no refunds or returns available on instant downloads or shipped personalized custom orders. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.
Shipping damage must be reported within three (3) business days after delivery to be eligible for replacement. A photo of the product will be required.
All orders are shipped by regular mail. If you wish to have to have insurance or tracking number please contact me for a quote. Beaconsfield Cards does not take responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

If you have ordered a personalized item please note that you are responsible for mistakes once the proof has been approved by you. If the mistake is on part of Beaconsfield Cards a refund or a free reprint will be offered. Shipping will be covered by Beaconsfield Cards only through this circumstance. You must report any mistakes within 5 days of receiving your order.
