I don't seem to be able to attach photos to messages via the Zibbet portal, which I can definitely do with gmail, and this is fairly essential when discussing colours/patterns etc.
I ship 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. I post in padded envelopes, well sealed and clearly addressed. I always obtain a Proof of Posting certificate and take a photo of the parcel at the Post Office after it's been stamped.
I send all UK parcels by Signed-for service these days and will include the tracking number when I notify you that your parcel is on its way.
For overseas postage, please note there are two choices. There is the standard rate of shipping which is displayed with the hat listing. If you want to pay the (considerable) extra for a more secure tracked and signed-for service, you will find a listing for a flat rate Tracked Shipping Upgrade in amongst my item listings.
At present Zibbet doesn't allow me to quote different levels of postage service in the same shipping profile, so making a separate listing for an upgrade is the only way to do it.
My apologies for the postage costs, especially overseas, but Royal Mail increase their charges every year, and move the goal posts around at other times which has the same effect.

At busy times for woolly hats, i.e. in the autumn/winter and the run up to Christmas, I often sell out as sales go faster than my fingers!
