Tracked/Signed For Shipping Upgrade

This is a work-around in order to allow customers to choose a postage upgrade and have their parcel sent by a Tracked and Signed For service instead of regular service.
This only applies to parcels going overseas, outside the UK. Parcels sent to UK addresses go by Signed-For service anyway.
It is a additional charge on top of the regular shipping rate attached to the item listing (and I'm sorry it's so expensive!)
Please add it to your basket along with the hat (and the standard shipping linked to it).
