Our shop policies


Welcome to Beautifuldays, where you will find repurposed Louis Vuitton and hand stamped personalized items. My shop are handmade by me in my smoke free, dog friendly shop. Thank you for your purchase. We are so thankful for your support. Please message us with any questions or concerns should you have any!

Shipping details

Items will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks. We ship from Ontario, Canada.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I post to the address that is provided with the order, so, please, make sure it is correct. If you would like your purchase to be sent to a different address, let me know. Please understand that if addresses are incorrect, I will not be responsible for any lost packages. If packages get returned to me due to incorrect / inaccurate addresses, customers will be responsible for repaying the postage.

We ship all items in 1-2 weeks. Transits as follows:
3-7 days for Canada Customers
1-2 weeks for U.S Customers
2-4 weeks for International
This is a average timeline ( its longer during holidays and busy seasons)
These are not guaranteed transit times.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. International customers are responsible for all additional international fees and customs charges. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

There are NO refunds, returns or exchanges on personalized or custom orders unless, again, an obvious mistake was made on our part (see next paragraph).
If any item is made incorrectly (i.e.: incorrect spelling, incorrect font, incorrect
product), we will replace the item at no charge to you. You will be asked to provide photo proof of the item that you received. This policy includes both standard products and personalized products.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within two (2) days of
receiving the damaged product. You will be asked to provide photographic proof of the damage. We stand by our products and will honor any damaged items with either a full refund or replacement item of the buyer’s choice.
