Our shop policies


My goal is for a customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me. I will always do my best to make it right. I want you to enjoy my shop and trust that you will receive great service from me.

Shipping details

Shipping will be done as promptly as possible - usually within 5-7 days after receipt of payment. If there is a custom order, it could be between 1-2 weeks.

Shipping is usually USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation on most packages (unless alternate shipping method is requested).
SELECT PRIORITY shipping for two or more items. Delivery Confirmation is not available for international customers. If you need the price to ship internationally, please convo me and I will get the cost for you. Please contact me if your would like your item shipped a specific way. Depending on your location, the size of the item, or shipping of multiple items, I may use Priority (2-3 day delivery) or Standard Mail for multiple items further away from my location. Sometimes standard shipping takes a little longer, but the cost is less as well. I do not want to make money on shipping.

I cannot be responsible for lost packages. That is why I use Delivery Confirmation. As I noted above, Delivery Confirmation is not available internationally.

If you buy more than one item, I will try to combine shipping. Due to the way the postal service has changed their rates this will not always be possible. I want to ship the least costly way for you. Sometimes it is cheaper to ship each item separately depending on where you live.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 day of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional information

If you would like a custom item, such as a particular color or pattern, please contact me. I will welcome the opportunity to make it happen. Once we agree on the item, full payment will be required. Just email me and we will discuss it.
