Welcome to Dixie Dazzle Designs. All items are hand made by me in my home studio near Chattanooga in Southeast Tennessee. I love creating beautiful, unique jewelry. My favorite materials are gemstones, pearls and anything vintage.

I've always been interested in crafting, so designing jewelry seemed like the next logical step. After I discovered all the amazing materials available, especially the stones, replica cameos and all sorts of vintage materials, I was hooked.

I am a retired medical language specialist and now I can devote myself to my love of creating unique, one of a kind and limited edition jewelry.

All of my designs are one of a kind or limited edition, except the art pendants and cuff link sets. All jewelry is individually designed, so you can be sure that the piece you purchase is unique. I use only the best quality gold and silver plated beads and findings. The lampwork beads used in my designs are handcrafted by talented lampwork artists. All the lampwork beads have been kiln annealed for a lifetime of durability. Great care is taken to ensure that each piece is made to become a favorite for years to come.

Please note that natural gemstones and other components, such as coral, shell, seeds and freshwater pearls, have inherent characteristics that may appear as flaws. These little "imperfections" are the inclusions, textures, markings, and formations that truly make every creation one-of-a-kind. When natural materials are used the size, shape, and colors will often vary slightly.

Shipping details

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
I ship daily Monday through Friday by USPS First Class. Please see individual listings for charges. Shipping is calculated by weight for each item in my shop. When multiple items are purchased, the total shipping may seem excessive, but I ship the entire order by weight and refund excess shipping. If you have questions, just contact me and I'll weigh your total order before shipping, or place the order and I will refund the excess postage when I package the items to ship.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I currently do not ship internationally, but If you message me directly about what you want to order, I can put together a custom order and inform you of the shipping charges. I ship by weight.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Most items can be made with matching pieces (i.e. earrings, bracelets, etc.) Please contact me for information and pricing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I want you to be happy with your purchase from me. I gladly accept returns with the following exceptions: The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: Custom or personalized orders and earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).
Contact me within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery with a tracking number.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept exchanges

If I get more than one item- Do you do combined Shipping? Shipping is calculated by weight for each item in my shop. Can you change my shipping address? No I can't.. The customer needs to change their address at the time of purchase. You are given a few times in the process where you need to make sure the shipping address is correct. The address on the invoice is where the item with be shipped. This is for both our protection.

What about my personal information? Is it safe? Absolutely. Your info is only used for payment, shipping and to contact you if needed. I do not have access to your banking information. I do have your address and email but only to be able to ship your package to you. I have no mailing list and nor do I collect that information. Your email is to actually make the payment and for me to reach you with questions on your order. See my Privacy Policy below.

Can you change the Customs Declaration amount? No, the Customs Declaration will reflect the actual price that was paid.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through, and and its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Zibbet or any third party services you access through Zibbet. You can reference the Zibbet Privacy Policy: to learn more about its privacy practices.

Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Zibbet to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including: as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list; if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Zibbet Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Zibbet Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows: Zibbet: I share information with Zibbet as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Zibbet Seller Policy and Zibbet Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.

Dixie Dazzle stores your data on a password-protected personal computer secured by a firewall for the life of the business or as required by USA tax and other laws.

Your information may be transferred to another region outside the USA and may be subject to different data protection and government surveillance laws.

Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases.
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
