Our shop policies


Welcome to the Handiworkin' Girls' shop! Thanks for taking the time to look at our products.

All of our items are handmade by our family in our smoke-free, pet-free home.

Shipping details

UNITED STATES: Items will ship within three business days of payment receipt to any US or APO/FPO address. All orders will ship via the US Postal Service unless otherwise noted; we will email the tracking information when your order ships.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION will be included on all US purchases over $90, as well as any rag rug order.
INTERNATIONAL: Items under four pounds (doll quilts, gift bags, and trivets) being shipped to Canada or overseas may be shipped USPS First Class mail.

Our heavier items, such as the t shirt rugs and baby quilts, must ship USPS Priority Mail International due to their weight. These items will ship within three business days of payment receipt. We will email you when your order ships.

Shipping overages exceeding $2 will be refunded, regardless of shipping method.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Should you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products.

Additional information

CUSTOM ORDERS: Most custom orders for rugs and quilts can be completed in 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and amount of materials required. Smaller items such as bean bags can be completed in 1 to 2 weeks. Please contact us with any requests.
