Hileman Silver Jewelry is focused on quality not quantity. Every piece of Hileman jewelry is handmade in our Arizona studio with the highest quality materials and finest craftsmanship available.
Orders will be shipped via UPS unless an alternate method is agreed upon. You need to supply us with a physical address for shipping. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping and insurance will be an additional charge based on the value of the item purchased. US and Canadian orders only unless we are contacted first for approval. Buyer is responsible for all duty fees and taxes on international shipments.
Please include your phone number in the "Note to Seller" section at checkout. This is required for international customs forms and is helpful to UPS if a problem occurs while trying to deliver your package.
Keep in mind that UPS may leave your package on your front porch so please supply a safe shipping address or business address if theft is a concern. You can also request that we ship your package "signature required" if you do not want it left at your door.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
Prices listed are for the item as detailed in the description. The "sample" rings may have already sold in the size listed. If so, a matching ring will be made in your size. Special orders and are usually completed in 3 to 6 weeks. Please select your size needed from the size menu and include your phone number and due date in a message at checkout. Special order inlay requests or ring size changes may incur additional charges. Men's ring sizes over 11 and women's sizes over 8 require a price adjustment. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to make changes and we will give you a price quote. We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date but some pieces may have recently sold and have not been updated. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately and confirm that you are willing to wait for us to make another one- usually 3 to 6 weeks.

Payment methods accepted are credit cards, cashier's check, money order and PayPal. Orders will not be shipped until funds are verified. Payment by cashier's check or money order may delay your order by one week. Special orders are usually completed in 3 to 6 weeks. We may be able to rush some orders to meet a short deadline- please ask. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.
Refunds are allowed on stock items (not made to order or special order rings) within 10 days of your receipt of the item. Please call or email us within the 10 days with your intention of returning the stock item. Stock items returned AFTER 10 days must be in new condition and will receive a shop credit only.
No returns or refunds after 14 days for any reason unless agreed upon prior to ordering. SPECIAL ORDER SIZES, MADE TO ORDER RINGS, SPECIAL REQUESTS AND CUSTOM PIECES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Please notify us immediately if you receive your item and it has been damaged in shipment or if it does not meet your expectations. We want you to be satisfied with your new Hileman jewelry.

RING SIZING -- VERY IMPORTANT!!
Inlay rings are difficult to size without damaging the inlay. If you need the ring in a size other than the size listed on the item, a new matching ring will be custom made in your finger size. We have done this for 40 years with no complaints about the accuracy of the match. It is very important that you give us your correct size when ordering as it is difficult to adjust the size without using a laser welder and risking damage to the ring. The paper finger sizers you might find on the internet and print out are not accurate- do not use! We have experimented and found that they vary from 1/4 to 3/4 of a size in error. Please visit a local jeweler (or 2) and get your finger sized properly. We depend on you, the customer, to provide us with the correct size so please do not estimate or guess. Special order size rings and made to order rings are NOT RETURNABLE. If you are giving the ring as a gift, we suggest purchasing the stock ring (if available) for presentation and visiting a jeweler to get your finger sized asap. Then order the ring in the special order size and return the stock ring for matching. Please notify us if the ring is a gift and you might be returning it for another size so we can have the materials ready to speed up the process of making a new one.

REACTION TO COPPER
Sterling silver may react with your body chemistry and turn your finger green, or in some cases black, where the ring contacts the skin. If you have a tendency to react to silver you might want to consider ordering our silver jewelry in stainless steel or our highly recommended tarnish resistant Continuum sterling silver. Please understand that we have no way of knowing if you are part of the small percentage of the population that could experience the "green finger" reaction. We do not accept special order ring size returns due to a copper reaction. Should this occur a simple fix is to paint the inside of the ring with clear nail polish to create a barrier between your skin and the silver. Reapply as needed.
