Our shop policies


A lot of what I sell has to be inspected by the department of agriculture and their hours don't always work with my working hours, so sometimes there will be an extra day's delay. Some things can't be shipped everywhere (e.g. coffee seeds can't be shipped to destinations in Hawaii).
Both the USDA and the Hawaii Department of Agriculture inspection offices are only open on weekdays, and they are closed on holidays.

Shipping details

I ship all orders with USPS and with delivery confirmation (what most people consider tracking but it isn't really) where this is available, and if at all possible, the same business day or the next day.

For international orders customs and duties imposed on your end will have to be carried by the customer.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Please contact me within 2 weeks after receipt if your beads or jewelry aren't as you expected and would like to return them. I will refund the purchase price (but not postage) when I receive the item.

I don't accept returns on seeds - but I may give refunds if you send me a picture of the seeds when they arrived. Clove seeds sometimes die in transport, other seeds may crumble, and I don't need the seeds as proof, a picture is sufficient. I'll refund or replace those (sometimes I can't replace them because there aren't any anymore).

Local customers are welcome to contact me by message from here, or by email, and to pick up items but I'm currently not usually able to meet somebody somewhere at a certain time.
