Our shop policies


Thank you for visiting my shop. I am new to this type of selling, most of my recent selling has been face to face so I will probably be revising this page as I get more experienced. I have hesitated to open a store because the shipping aspect has been so intimidating; what company, how much to charge and so on. Please excuse my lack of knowledge as I learn about these things.

Shipping details

I will ship cheapest way. I have put $0 on my merchandise but will add shipping at cost when item is sold.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Because they are one of a kind, I may not be able to replace exact one so it will be up to you for replacement or refund. If the item is not as described and pictured, then a full refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment, your cost to ship back. I will try to describe and have sufficient pictures that you will know exactly what you are getting.

Additional information

I have had several shops and did a lot of shipping before the postal service revised their rates so I am not completely a novice at this. In all that time, I only had one return of my merchandise. I will work with you to ensure your complete satifaction. In some cases, I will have to get back to you with shipping cost because I want to ensure you get the cheapest rates and so I may have to take the merchandise to the carrier to get quotes.
