Tiki Collection; Polymer Clay Diamond Doughnut Dangle Shimmery Earrings with a Modern Wire Wrapped Detail

Versatile jewelry that you can wear with business casual or with jeans or dinner/dancing is the best style of jewelry - that is this piece in a nutshell. The simple style polymer clay bead itself - a diamond doughnut - lends itself to a work environment, the shimmery goodness of the mica pigments will sparkle in any evening venue, and the wire wrapping gives it just enough of an edge that it isn't too... well anything, its just right!! This earring was made by first using a texture stamp and then selectively covering with blue purple and silver mica powders. After curing, it was covered with Scupley Glass Glaze and then finished with a wire wrapped detail along the top half(ish) portion of the piece. The earring is hung with a silver french ear wire. The length of the earring is 2 1/4 inches, the width is 1 5/8 inches, and the depth is 1/8 inches - the earring weighs 0.1 oz.
