Shipping details

Which allows us both to follow your box delivery progress.

Under normal circumstances, and weather permitting, I will post item/s within 3 working days for stock items. For bespoke and commissioned pieces please see the individual listing. In the event of a bank holiday or public holiday I will post on the next available working day.
I will let you know your tracking number so that you are able to chart the progress of your parcel.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the the buyers responsibility. If you think this will be an issue you may want to contact your local customs office, before purchasing, to get further information. Unfortunately, when random customs clearance is carried out, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery date estimated.

If you prefer to take on the FULL responsibility of your item/s being shipped/posted to you by another method, please read the Additional shipping Information below:-

If you require another form of shipping you are agreeing to take full responsibility for the package once it leaves my hands.
1. Surface mail (For UK orders only)
2. Tracked (only inside the UK For overseas orders only)
3. Untracked airmail
4. Untracked mail (via a Snail I think 😬 )
Please note that if I have an active email address for you, I will provide you with the proof of postage, but changing from Track & Signed, to one of these 4 delivery method, will mean that you willingly take full responsibility for the package once it leaves my hands.
NB... That is not to say that I will not do all I can to help if anything untoward should happen.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

PLEASE note.... Clearance & Sale Items are non returnable and can not be exchanged or refunded.

On Clearance.
are Not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

For Non Sale & Non Clearance Items
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase I suggest you give it to someone else as a wonderful gift 😉. Failing that, If your item was NOT customised / Personalised and NOT a bespoke or commissioned purchase, Please contact me PRIOR to returning and please pack the items very carefully (Loose keys, free pendants, charms & notebooks will cause damage during transit) and please return it via "signed for" or "register post" ONLY, and email me the reference number and company used. Please also retain proof of postage. ALL matching free accessories, including velvet and cotton pouches, keys, pendants, notebooks, and all FREE items must be returned in an unused condition.
Once I have received the items safely you'll have the options of exchanging it, taking a credit voucher, or a refund.
The customer is responsible for Signed for or registered shipping costs on returns & exchanges.

Customised / Personalised & Bespoke / Commissioned & Sale Items are NOT RETURNABLE.
