New Canvas Riviera Theater - Chicago North Side
One of two new designs showcasing the love for local Chicago music!
Located in Chicago’s historic Uptown theater district, at the intersection of Racine, Broadway and Lawrence the Riviera Theatre has been part of the movie and music scene since 1917. It's right around the corner from the Aragon Ballroom and has much better acoustics, although not as much character.
The main focus of this image is the huge marquis with the red neon lettering. Like the Aragon, it's one of those places that has a completely different personality in the daytime than on a concert night.
This image was created in Photoshop and then heatpressed using sublimation inks onto a 15" x 15" white canvas square. The canvas was adhered to a 13" x 13" piece of gator board which can be hung on the walls with double sided tacks or velcro.
All photographs are my property and no copies or reproductions may be made without my consent. Please convo me if you'd like to use my artwork in another outlet. I'm pretty flexible but I don't want to have to sue you! =)
