Watch casing necklace with dragon's eye, watch hand, gear, and key

A bright blue dragon's eye peers out at you from inside this watch casing. It is encircled by a silver gear. On the outside is a copper gear with a key dangling from it. On the other side of the casing is a watch hand hanging from the hinge. There is a purple bead with a small turquoise rhinestone attached to the hand. Chain measures approximately 20 1/4" including the toggle clasp.
