Thank you for visiting my Shop Policies page. If there's any question not addressed below, please contact me and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping details

If you are paying via PayPal, please be sure the PayPal address is your correct mailing address! That's where I will ship your items to, to insure my seller protection as well as your own buyer protection. If you need your item(s) sent to a different address, PLEASE be sure to state such in your message to seller (me).

Personal checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders accepted. Checks must clear prior to shipping.

I generally ship USPS and try to keep the costs as low as possible. With yarns, Balled yarns are boxed UNLESS you request bubble wrapped in a Poly-Mailer. Cone yarns are boxed UNLESS you request bubble wrapped in a Poly Mailer.

I do ship to Canada for several items, which you will see within the individual listings. For items that do NOT have pre-set shipping to Canada or any other country, please contact me prior to purchasing and I'll get you an exact quote.

If you think a shipping/mailing rate in a listing is too high, please let me know and we'll come so some sort of an agreement, I'm sure.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

RETURN POLICY: I guarantee that the merchandise I list is exactly as described to the best of my ability. If you disagree, please email me and we’ll discuss any issues like reasonable adults. I hate confrontations.

Refunds and/or exchanges are on a case by case basis. If you simply change your mind, I will refund the item price, not shipping, and it must be returned to me in as-shipped-to-you condition prior to the refund being issued. If there is something wrong with the item; damaged in shipping, etc., contact me and I’m sure we can come to a reasonable agreement. Like I stated above, I hate confrontations and always want satisfied customers.

If there’s something wrong with the item, then of course, I’ll glady refund, even the return postage. You must return it in the same package I sent it to you so I can judge any damage incurred by the post office. Pictures of any damage would be a huge help in moving any refund request forward.

Additional information

For those who purchase my ePatterns: Please feel free to use the patterns to create items for selling at craft shows, farmer's markets, consigning to boutiques etc., or any online venue such as Zibbet. Please, no mass production, though, such as contracting an outside manufacturer to produce for you (i.e. 500 items at one time). I designed, wrote and publish/ register my ePatterns myself. I own them. Simple. Contact me if you have any questions.

All of our original design ePatterns are digital download. An email with the download URL will be sent upon notification of cleared payment, usually within 24-36 hours. For any non-digital items, we ship in 2-3 BUSINESS days, Monday through Friday.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If you want to pay the rates, then we’re willing to ship internationally, but it may not be cost effective for you. Please be aware that your country may impose tariffs, taxes or duty on items shipped to you. You are responsible for paying that.
