Refunds, returns & exchanges
Due to the nature of my business, all sales are final.
• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us, as we are happy to work with you.
• In the event that My Primitive Boutique is willing to accept an exchange, the item must be shipped within 3 days upon receipt of delivery. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are not refunded....unless it is by fault of 'My Primitive Boutique' in which a return label will be provided.
• Please inspect your order upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies with your order. In the event there is an error and it is by fault of My Primitive Boutique, we will not hesitate to make any corrections required to make it perfect at our expense.
- Be sure the info you provide is accurate when placing an order. My Primitive Boutique is not responsible if the incorrect information is provided by the buyer.
- Your shipping address | We ship your order to the address you provide when you place your order. If your order is returned, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.
- Personalized Info | When purchasing a personalized item, be sure to include ALL personalization in the fields provided. Be sure the info you provide is correct, including spelling of all names, correct dates and any other personalized info.
- Changes are not permitted after purchase. If you request to make changes after a purchase, the requested changes are not guaranteed to be made. If your order ships without the changes made, we do not send free replacements.
- Orders received without personalized details may be delayed. Orders received without the required personalization needed are also excluded from any guaranteed delivery dates. To avoid delays, if you did not include the details when you made your purchase, please contact us with the details.
