Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing--for example, if an item is a custom order it will take longer. Please feel free to contact me and ask. For details, see individual listings/items.

SHIPPING SERVICES AND DESTINATIONS:
Standard shipping is FREE to USA destinations.

Expedited shipping option is available via US Priority Mail with Tracking.

US Parcel Ground Service is utilized for large, heavy packages.

DESTINATIONS WE SHIP TO:

My Victorian Heart currently ships to USA destinations. If you live in Canada, we can provide a shipping quote and create a custom listing for you if you like. Contact us via the Contact Form.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages under the care of the US Postal Service or other shipping services. I provide tracking and purchases are insured for this purpose.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your happiness is my happiness. I gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:
Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Please keep in mind that I am an independent, one person business who handcrafts and sews most everything. I don't accept cancellations so order accordingly. Returns are not accepted for buyers' remorse.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return packages must be insured and tracking number provided.

THE IMPORTANT THING: Just remember, I am here to fulfill your order, provide you with a joyful, heartfelt shopping and giving experience. I will use your name, email address, shipping address, and other pertinent information to only to fulfill your orders. Providing your phone number is optional but it is a good idea to provide your number when using Express shipping services and such but that is always your choice and never required. I do not need to call you and I will never share your phone number. We can correspond via email.
