* FOR ORDERS WITH A TOTAL OVER $50.00 INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED.
* Shipments are made shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday, after cleared payment has been received.
*Insurance is optional, but we strongly suggest insuring all items. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items if buyer chooses not to insure. Please inquire as to how much shipping and insurance is for each individual order. Insurance for multiple items will be adjusted according to the total value of the items. If buyer wishes to insure a multiple item shipment, please email us for insurance total before payment is made.
* SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA : International customers will pay a flat rate for the 1st items and $.25 to $0.50 for each additional item ~ Unless listing states otherwise. Please be aware that some countries do not allow certain jewelry items, or certain types of shipping such as Global Priority Mail. Please check with your country's customs first, or email us and we will be happy to answer any questions that you have, before making a purchase!
** The United States Postal Serves DOES NOT OFFER tracking or insurance on First Class or Priority Mail shipments. They do however offer it on Express shipments, but Express is costly. We can now offer insurance on First Class and Priority mail threw a third party company on all international packages. Any purchases for international shipments that do not carry insurance are at the buyers own risk and CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED.
*For orders with a total around $50.00 we will require shipping insurance for $2.00. Please request a revised invoice when making your purchase. If Payment has already been made we will send an invoice for the cost of the insurance and will only be able to ship when the invoice is paid.
On all international shipments: I am liable for the information that is printed on the customs forms and UNABLE to mark the package as a gift or a lower value. I CAN NOT jeopardize my business or income by falsifying documents. Customs forms will be filled out according to USPS regulations. Marked as Merchandise with the US Dollar amount of the items purchased (this amount does NOT include shipping charges). Please plan your orders accordingly.
Large Custom orders will be weighed and exact shipping charges will be figured for you location.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
*We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason you wish to return your purchase(s), please contact us with 7 days of receiving your item(s)for return information.
* Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. All returns must be in original condition. Buyer will pay for return shipping charges.
* If you would like to return merchandise, you must contact us immediately by email to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items will not be accepted with out a RAN number.
* Custom orders are always welcome. Reserve listings will only be held for 7 days.
* We do also offer discounts on quantity purchases of the same item. Starting at 25 pieces.
*We also offer a discount on purchases starting at $100.00 - must be in one reserve listing.
Please note that all the items in this shop are raw brass. Raw brass is considered an unfinished product. Brass will oxidize with exposure to the air. Because of this there may be some slight differences between our photos and the products sent. It is virtually impossible to change all of our photos all of the time. If you need an exact match please let us know and we will see how we can accommodate you. If there are any large differences with the product we will rephotograph it and put up new photos.
