1984 Butterick 3023 Vintage Sewing Pattern. Misses' Blouse: Loose fitting, pullover blouse has back neck slit with button/loop, low armholes, side slits, long sleeves pushed-up, single layer tie and double layer shaped cowl. Narrow hem.

Condition: Very Good, cut to size 10. Envelope is a little damaged around the edges.
