1986 Butterick 3747 Vintage Sewing Pattern, Family Circle Collection. Misses Shirt and Skirt: Very loose-fitting shirt has notched collar, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams and above elbow sleeves or long sleeves with button cuffs. Stitched hems. Straight, pleated skirt, below mid-calf or lower calf has waistband, lined yokes and side zipper.
