Toddler Girls Dress or Blouse and Jumper or Top: Pullover dress A or blouse B, D, E has purchased cording drawn thru casing, forming neck ruffle; long sleeves have elastic in wrist casings. Jumper C or top D, E buttons at shoulders; C, D has patch pockets. Appliques are optional.
