1983 McCall's 8393 Vintage Sewing Pattern. Misses' Half-Size Jacket and Dress: Unlined jacket has yoke with forward shoulder seams, notched collar, patch pockets, full length sleeves and shoulder pads. Top-stitch trim. Pullover dress has bound neckline with soft front gathers and center back zipper. Short sleeves have gathered cap; long sleeves have gathered, bound lower edge with buttoned opening.
