1960's Simplicity 5049 Vintage Sewing Pattern. Junior One-Piece Dress: Simple to Make. Dress has high round neckline, kimono-style sleeves and back zipper closing. Skirt is gathered at waistline and there is a vent at lower edge of back seam. V.1 has below-elbow length sleeves and a purchased leather tie belt. V.2 has short sleeves and ribbon belt with bow, 3 similar bows trim skirt front.
