Birds with Curious Beaks Trading Cards 1926 Antique John Player Tobacco Company Chromolithographs, Set of 4

by PetitPoulailler

Here are four trading cards issued by the John Player Tobacco Company in 1926. The cards were issued on a variety of themes, with one card from the series enclosed with each pack of the company's smokes.

These four cards are part of the 'Curious Bird Beaks' set - featuring a chromolithograph on the front and a bit of explanation about the image on the reverse. The cards were issued in 1926 as part of an original set of 50. The cards featured here are -

34 Giant Petrel
33 Brown Pelican
31 Blue and Yellow Macaw
35 Knob Billed Fruit Pigeon

Each card measures 1.375" x 2.625" (4x7 cm), with bright, clear graphics. The cards show normal wear and there are no tears, marks, folds, or creases on any of the five trading cards. Perfect for card and tag creations, scrap-book page making, jewelry, collage.

You are purchasing the four 1926 'Curious Beaks' trading cards seen here and they do not have watermarks. I will send these to you flat, protected, and by USPS 1st Class mail.
