Items will be shipped within 3-5 working days upon receiving your payment and you will be notified by email of the delivery times within 48hrs after your have made payments.
I strongly advise to please choose FedEx express mailing as your 1st shipping option when purchasing my custom dolls for insurance coverage and shorter time frame of delivery.
EXPRESS MAIL - I shipped via FedEx International Economy
FedEx International Economy takes approximately 6~8 working days to deliver the parcel. It comes with tracking numbers and insured.
** I too offer other Express Mail Service - ((EMS, DHL & SF Express)) options upon request. Shipping would be based on the postal office weight/charges table regardless of item quantity in an order. Please take note that there will be additional fees on insurance fees should you want to add in this option under EMS, DHL or SF Express
INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL
I do shipped via International Registered Airmail which comes with tracking numbers. However, International Registered Airmail is not insured as oppose to FedEX/EMS where insurance is included. So if you required insurance I strongly advise please opt for FedEX/EMS and notify me in advance and I will make the changes accordingly.
Please note that the approximate transit time upon shipping is about 2 - 4 weeks (approximately 14 ~ 28 working days) provided there are no unusual transit delays due to weather, Customs clearance process and holiday season before proceeding to its final destination.
There are never on time delivery guarantee with the postal system.
Please also take note that although tracking numbers is available for International Registered Airmail, certain Country's Postal System does not registered into their own postal system hence the parcel is not traceable via the online tracking system for that particular Country.
** I pack items carefully with bubble wrappers, but I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once the packages are handed over to the courier company/post office.
** And I do not do refund for loss or damage packages.

#Layaway/Payment plan is available with 30% of the total payment paid up front and is non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance within 3-4 weeks or split into a few months. # By default I will mark the package in full value and as "GIFT", if you would like me to mark down the value, please do let me know. However, please take note you will not get full coverage on the package insurance if doing so.
