♥ Shipping and Handling Charges ♥
The cost for shipping all orders around the world is 4.99 USD (regardless of how many pieces you buy) for the 1st item and 0.10 USD on average for any additional items, please note that in case a heavier item is purchased (like a set of charms) additional shipping costs may apply.
This amount covers the cost of registered post (we ship from Greece) and packaging materials.
♥ Shipping methods ♥
All items are shipped by Registered Post ONLY, to ensure items don't get lost in the post!
This means that the signature of the addressee/customer will be required to obtain the parcel.
If you wish to go for regular mail, we are not responsible for packages getting lost in the post and we certainly do NOT recommend this option to any of my customers.
Express mail option can be added for an extra 3 USD per order, however, speaking from experience, this option doesn't make much of a difference in handling time, if any.
♥ Shipping times (estimate) ♥
Items ship within 1 up to 2 business days (sometimes in a few hours, depending on your order and time it was placed), once payment is cleared, often shipped on the same day.
Greek post office does not operate on weekends (i.e. Saturday - Sunday) and bank holidays.
In case of postal strikes, bank holidays, etc... you will be informed, so as to know when to expect your order.
Packages, on average, take one week to reach their destination (especially if you are in Europe), but sometimes delays occur due to customs, so I give it 7-14 working days on average.
Average worldwide shipping times:
EUROPE: Approximately 5 to 10 working days
OTHER DESTINATIONS (U.S., AU, Asia etc.): 10 - 20 working days approximately
Depending on the time period your order has been placed, additional delays may occur due to customs, security measures or weather conditions (usually up to 7 days extra).
***** Rest assured that registered packages have a very low possibility in being lost since they can be easily tracked.

Shipping discounts apply in case you buy multiple items:
1st item 4.99 USD, additional items ship for 10 cents!
♥ Product Packaging ♥
All items are shipped safely in bubble wrapped envelopes, packaged in cellophane bags. If your charms are fragile, additional bubblewrap will be applied.
Additional gift services can also be provided if requested (i.e. sending your order gift-ready to an address you specify) - free of charge!
Gift packaging available upon request, just add your product options on checkout (organza bag or box).

Refunds, returns & exchanges

For any issues that may incur with your order, you can contact us here, via instagram DM, or via email and we will get back to you A.S.A.P. ^^
(please bear in mind that in case you are in another continent, there may be a slight delay due to time differences).
♥ Loss of parcel/Delays
Fortunately the chances of a Registered Parcel being lost in the post are minimal to none existent, since it goes through meticulous control and the sender can always track it back.
In a rare case that your parcel is lost or takes more than the designated time to reach you, I encourage you to contact us.
Sebby's Corner are not responsible for losses and damage incurred by the mishandling of local postal services, however if the postal services lose your parcel, we can work together to make a claim. In that case we will issue an official request, which may require a signed statement on the customer's part.
Rest assured, all records and receipts are stored, so that we can easily track your package back and locate it.
We do our best to describe materials and techniques in our listings to ensure you have a full image and description of the item you will be purchasing.
Due to the nature of items sold, for hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns for your pet charms. However, in a rare case that you find the item is different from what you order, I encourage you to contact us and we'll sort things out (replacement for DOAs, refund, store credit etc.)
Losses rarely happen with Registered Packages, but if your item arrives damaged by mishandling of the Postal Services, or the item happens to be other than described, please message me to make a claim.
