Cherokee Pride Cherokee Language Corn Bead Necklace
This 20 inch Cherokee language corn bead necklace features the colors of the four directions and closes with a silver clasp. Corn beads, also known as Job's tears, represent the tears wept by the Cherokee on the Trail of Tears. The Cherokee syllabary characters hand pyrographed on this wood focal ( read, tsalagi ) and celebrate Cherokee pride! The focal itself is sealed to protect the carving against normal wear and tear. Now, made to order. Ships within 3 days.
If you would like different colors of glass seed beads or a different length, please feel free to convo and I will gladly create something special just for you!
Celebrate your Cherokee pride or gift someone beginning their journey with this lovely handcrafted native style corn bead necklace!
