Mermaid with Maneki Neko Cat a Lucky Undersea Moment ACEO Print

This ACEO print is from my original watercolor titled "A Lucky Undersea Moment."

Most of my prints come with a small story, written at the time the original artwork is created. This is printed on the backs of the cards, along with the title of the piece and date it was created. They are hand signed and hand numbered. This is #8.

The story for this artwork reads: "This Mermaid is enjoying constant good fortune. She is cradling her favorite pet, a seafoam green Maneki Neko lucky cat who is her constant companion."

This open edition ACEO (which stands for Art Cards, Editions & Originals) measures the standard 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" and is laminated. I choose to laminate cards which are prints and don't include any hand enhancing or painting as it makes them far more durable, increasing their longevity, and enriches the colors.

This card was printed with a color laser printer on acid free cover stock. My ACEO cards are in no way mass produced, I print, laminate, and hand cut each one in my studio. The ghosted watermark does not appear on the actual print.
