Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me and I do provide the best customer service possible. I do not accept returns of bath and body products for sanitary reasons. This assures you that you will always receive a brand new item from my store, each and every time.
I ship out your item witin three to five days after payment, and usually sooner if it is in stock. Soaps or any item that needs to be made to order would be the exception. When I place an order, I am looking forward to receiving my item. So I try to treat others the way I would like to be treated. I will have your item out to you as soon as possible. If you've ordered during a weekend or holiday, please allow those extra days. I always send my items with a delivery confirmation number, which you will be sent so that you may track your package. I am not responsible for the delivery of the postal service but if it does go astray, I will do whatever I can from my end to assist you in finding your package.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
For sanitary reasons I do not accept returns of bath soaps . This assures you that you will always receive a brand new product from my store, each and every time. If you receive another item you are not happy with, please contact me immediately so that I may rectify the situation. Anything that is returned must be in the same, brand new condition that it was received in and return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer.
If your item should be damaged in the US mail, please take your damaged item, along with your tracking number to your local Post Office. Each first class package sent is insured automatically for $50.00 and is the responsibility of your local Post Office to issue you a refund.
